Welcome! North Branch Woodworking is a small custom shop in rural North Central Vermont.
I specialize in making one-of-a-kind Cabinets, Built-ins, and Furniture. Pieces are designed with the client to fit their particular needs. Work can be purchased finished or unfinished. My finish is usually an oil base with hard sealer and hand rubbed, which brings out the beauty of the wood.
Most projects are made of local hardwoods, including cherry, maple, ash, walnut and oak.
For exterior projects, I use black locust or mahogany.
The options are endless and some clients choose to be more involved than others. Illustrated here is a sampling of custom jobs completed over the past 30 years.
I fully stand behind my work and will fix any problems due to workmanship for the life of the piece. These are quality pieces that will last a lifetime.
